Loving this bike

This bike is amazing. I didn’t realize I was getting a different bike than all the videos I’ve seen on YouTube. This bike is an updated version with upgraded features that’s not on the first one.

I LOVE this bike!!!

In 4 months of use I have riden 1600 miles on it. All e-bikes are on the noisy side and honestly, it's not bad at all. Customer service is top notch. It's worth its weight in gold!

Functionality

The bike came nicely packaged in the box, assembly was super easy, and the quality of the frame, paint, and welds are very good.

1. What is the waterproof rating of the bike?

IPX5. Our e-bikes are water-resistant and can withstand light rain, but they are not fully waterproof. Avoid submerging the bike or riding in heavy rain to prevent damage to electrical components.

2. Can I ride my e-bike in the rain?

Yes, but take extra care to avoid puddles and prolonged exposure to water. Dry the bike thoroughly after riding in wet conditions.

3. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website. (Shipping order number starting with LP: https://global.cainiao.com/)

4. Can a child sit on the bike?

We have not tested this model with a child rider, riding with a child is at the sole descretion of the parent and should be done with extreme caution.

5. Which class does the bicycle belong to?

VELOWAVE Except for the four bicycles of PONY, PRADO S, SPIRIT and GHOST, all other models belong to class 3.

6. Do you ship to other countries?

Currently, we only ship within the United States and do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our shipping destinations, so please stay tuned for updates.

7. Where do your products ship from, and what is the shipping time?

Our bicycles and most accessories are shipped from our warehouse in the United States. Shipping time depends on the delivery address and current shipping conditions. A small portion of accessories may be shipped from our warehouse in China, which could take longer for delivery.

8. Why is the throttle placed on the left side of the electric bike?

We place the throttle on the left side for safety reasons. Most riders are accustomed to using their right hand for braking and shifting gears, so keeping the throttle on the left helps reduce the risk of accidental acceleration and improves overall control while riding.

9. Why do you use a thumb throttle instead of a twist throttle?

We use a thumb throttle because it offers better control and safety. Unlike a twist throttle, which may lead to accidental acceleration when gripping the handlebar tightly, a thumb throttle reduces this risk. It also allows for a more comfortable and stable riding experience, especially on rough terrain.
