Absolutely love this bike and the service was great! After trying so many e-bikes, this one truly stands out. The mid-drive motor provides a smooth and natural ride without the sudden jolt you get with a hub drive. And the suspension Easily the best I’ve ever experienced, even compared to other dual-suspension models I’ve owned.
I had some concerns about the brakes after assembly, customer service patiently guided me through the testing process. Great experience overall!

The bike is such a beast! I can do all trails with it. It was easy to put together, I've been able to create awesome memories with family because of it. Their customer service stands out as well, immediately getting back and very helpful. There are dozens of e-bike companies out there who cannot say the same. But Velowave is one you can trust!

Wanted to wait till I put 50 miles on the bike before the review- first Customer service- great job - I had read reviews watch users really dug in to the research- so much that I ordered the wrong color - email to CS and it was fixed quickly- second the package- I order a Lot via delivery (too much) and this bar none the best packaged item I have ever received. Third the bike - well built and you can see in the photo how far I went on the first charge - full transparency- not a lot of hills in Delaware. Also I’m hitting the max hight weight for the bike so I did buy a handle bar extender and seat cushion cover. Overall great bike - very happy

We purchased a Grace 2.0 and a Ranger. I submitted our order and the bikes arrived in 7 days. Amazing packaging and didn’t take long to assemble. I have to say the torque sensor on Grace is my favorite. It’s more natural like riding a bike. It’s as powerful as you want to be. I’ve climbed hills I didn’t think I could make. The Ranger is great at using the peddle assist with little effort of peddling. For someone who wants to be a little more aggressive and likes a little more power while peddling go with Grace 2.0. It’s a animal for power. Both have great suspension and breaking power. I forgot what it was like being a kid jumping on your bike. 144 miles in going on 3rd week. It’s the joy of each day. Sooo many waves, smiles, compliments and conversations had about both. Simply amazing!!

I am a 77 year old Road Biker been riding some 40 years, rode over 7,000 miles last year alone. I would like to state that the Velowave Spirit is the Best bike I've ever owned. There is nothing about this bike to not like and everything about it to like. The bike is perfect in every respect, don't need to go into detail enough other reviewers have already done that. I hope they don't stop selling this bike it is in a class by itself, and is perfect for aging hard core riders like myself. Keep up the good work Velowave.

Added thicker tire tubes , spring seat post an some bling.. 200+ miles on rough rocky Ozarks terrain an no troubles at all.. Impressed

I have had my bike for 1 year and a half now and it has been great. The stock mechanical brakes weren’t great so I upgraded them to hydraulic brakes. I have put so many miles on this bike and it is so reliable. I just wish it had a little more torque and had more amp hours but it’s fine. Overall the Velowave ghost is a great bike and I am very glad I purchased it.

Vroom and zoom, these bikes have great pep! We’ve had other e-bikes, but none handle as well as our Ranger Step Thru bikes.

I am a 52 yr old woman who has had an absolute blast on the Velowave Prado S e-bike. In 4 months of use I have riden 1600 miles on it. All e-bikes are on the noisy side and honestly, it's not bad at all. Customer service is top notch. Every time I ride my bike people stop me to compliment how nice my bike is. Honestly, don't hesitate to buy this bike. It's worth its weight in gold!

This bike was easy to assemble, carefully packed, and the components are top notch. My wife is absolutely tickled with it!!

I highly recommend this ebike after riding it for going on 2 years now. I have added some personal modifications to make it mine I crank it around 20MPH on average with no problem. I came packaged well and I had it up and running in about 30 minutes. This bike puts a smile on my face every time I get on it.

Recebi minha bike e logo já montei as partes. Muito simples e rápido. Estou amando a experiência. Essa é minha primeira bike elétrica. Muito potente, rápida, confortável. Só senti falta, até pela potência e rapidez, de um freio mais eficiente. Uma lanterna traseira ajudaria muito também na segurança. Mas, de resto a bike é muito bem construída e forte. Já andei 150 milhas e não vejo a hora de poder andar mais e mais.

My friend and I both own a velowave ghost mountain bike and love it. After a year and a half of use, 1300 miles (My Bike) & 1500 miles (My Friend), we started having a cracking and popping sound. We contacted Velowave support and determined we needed to replace the center bearings assembly on both bikes. I want to Velowave and the China manufacturing facility for assisting me in obtaining the correct parts. The parts, peddle shaft and bearings assembly, were received 8/4/23 and installed 8/5/23. The E-Bikes are operating smooth with no noise. We are on the road again!😎

I am very impressed with this Proda S electric bike. Very easy to complete the assembly, even for novices, as most is done for you already. All necessary tools (top notch) are included in the top notch packaging. Even instructions as to how to unpack.
This is my second e-bike as I bought this one for my wife. We are both 66 years old and live in a hilly region.
I finished assembly and started it up after charging battery to full. Everything worked flawlessly. Easy to read onboard display. Display is not cluttered with nonsense, and easily read in sunshine.
The adjustable seat is a breeze to position. The brakes are sure, and I love the hydraulic disc brakes.
The frame is well made, and the step through makes is very easy to mount.
Accessories if you wish are prepped to receive the product,as screws are already mounted on the bike, even for an added battery if you wish to purchase.
I am writing this after my first ride and so far I am very impressed.
