Gift Card Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Velowave Gift Card Terms! By purchasing or using a Velowave Gift Card (“Gift Card”), you agree to the following conditions:

Acquisition and Redemption

Velowave Gift Cards can be acquired exclusively through our official website, velowavebikes.com. They can only be redeemed for purchases on our website. No sales tax is applied when purchasing Gift Cards, but applicable taxes will be assessed at the time of redemption. 

Usage Guidelines

Gift Cards may be used to pay for eligible products and services at velowavebikes.com. This card can only be used by individuals of legal age.

The card is not a credit card and can only be used as a payment method for orders placed on the website while it is valid.

Each Gift Card cannot be combined with other Gift Cards for a single purchase.

If the card balance is insufficient to cover the order amount, the Beneficiary can recharge the balance using other payment methods.

To check the card balance, the Beneficiary can go to the Gift Card section on the website or contact Velowave Customer Service.

If an item or order paid in whole or in part with the card is returned, the refund will be credited back to the card, up to the amount initially paid with this payment method. It is important that the Beneficiary keeps the card (the electronic card received by email containing the card number and validity code) during the withdrawal period.

The card cannot be exchanged or resold and will not give rise to any monetary compensation.

 

 

In the event of difficulty using the card (for example, if it does not work), the Beneficiary must contact Velowave Customer Service.

Validity and Fees

Velowave Gift Cards do not have an expiration date and do not incur any inactivity fees or charges.

Digital Delivery

When purchased online, Gift Cards are delivered electronically via email to the purchaser or a designated recipient. They typically arrive within a few hours after the order. Velowave is not liable for any delivery issues caused by incorrect email addresses.

Non-Refundable and Secure

Lost or stolen Gift Cards cannot be replaced, and Velowave is not responsible for their loss. All Gift Card sales are final and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit (except as required by law). Treat your Gift Card like cash and ensure its security. Velowave reserves the right to refuse redemption if we suspect any fraudulent or unlawful activity.

Agreement to Terms

By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. Velowave retains the right to (1) change these terms at any time; (2) void Gift Cards without a refund, cancel or limit orders, suspend or terminate the ability to use our services if Velowave Bikes suspects a Gift Card is obtained, used, applied fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of this Gift Card Terms and Conditions.
