To join the lucky draw campaign, post a photo or video of yourself with your new Swift ebike on your public account on social media, including Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter) or TikTok before 2024/09/18. Each post gives you 1 entry. Share a photo or video using #velowave #swift and tag Velowave official account: @velowavebikes on Instagram and Facebook or @velowaveus on TikTok and Twitter.

Velowave will select one winner randomly among all the participant’s entries. If you post on multiple platforms or multiple posts on one platform, your account will have multiple entries (up to 10), that can increase your chance to win.

Lucky Draw winner will be announced on official website deals (sale) page and Facebook/Instagram page on 2024/09/20.

Any contact initiated by individuals claiming to be winners will not affect the random result of the draw. The final winners will ONLY be determined based on the official announcement. Winner' name and order number and encrypted email will be posted on official website https://www.velowavebikes.com/pages/sales-deals,

and official Velowave Instagram page (https://www.instagram.com/velowavebikes).

Lucky Draw winner will be contacted via our official email (marketing@velowavebikes.com), or their social media direct messages. If the potential winner cannot be reached within 3 business days after the date of the first attempt to contact them, an alternate winner may be selected.

The winner will be contacted via our official email (marketing@velowavebikes.com) for confirmation and will be transferred the ticket within 14 days after the confirmation.

Velowave will never ask winners to pay for any fee to redeem the Lucky Draw prize (including but not limited to shipping, tax, signature fee). Please double check any contact claiming to be from Velowave with our official pages to avoid being a victim of fraud or scams.

Winner will be selected at random among all entries.

If a customer made two or more Swift ebike orders during the campaign period, every new Swift ebike order will add extra 5 entries. For multiple orders clients total number of entries is up to 20.

Eligibility for the Lucky Draw campaign offer is limited to:

Legal residents of the 48 CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES (Hawaii and Alaska are excluded) who are 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in their state of residence (whichever is greater) at the beginning of the Term. Purchases must be made at https://www.velowavebikes.com.

Velowave reserves the right to immediately revoke the prize offer from anyone deemed to be ineligible or to have violated any applicable rules, including these campaign Terms and Conditions and any terms or rules on the website.

Velowave reserves the right to change or discontinue the campaign at any time.
